1. Steeped in 5+ years of web architectures and development that could cover, but not limited to: o Solid experience in at least one popular eCommerce platform (IBM Websphere, ATG, Hybris, Demandware, ...etc.) o eCommerce end-to-end implementation experience o CMS o Mobile channels o Web analytics o UX o Agile/ Scrum development o Web Services o MVC
2. Solid development background (scripting and compiled)
3. Sound strategic thinking for digital businesses
4. Flexible in picking up new technologies
5. Gathering and developing functional requirements
6. Lead web development projects/ teams
7. work with executive level professionals to drive business results. Hence excellent communication is a must have.
8.Familiarity with enterprise environments (eg. .NET/ Java) is a plus
9.Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
职位要求
7年以上相关经验，05年以前毕业的。英语口语流利，一定要做过电商相关项目。
