职位描述：
1. Inventory management: Oversee inventory management process within the China network including cycle count, stock take, inventory reconciliation and adjustment process. Ensure inventory record accuracy always at the highest level.
2. Shipment monitoring and control: manage physical flow of shipment from mills into Port of Destination, Container Yard, Branch office warehouses and up to customers warehouse. Ensure compliance to local custom and trade regulation.
3. Product replenishment: Gatekeeper for effective stock replenishment and order to mills process. Ensure lead time, order interval and safety stock is according to target. Closely collaborate with Sales team to acquire sales forecast number.
4. Warehouse operations & 3PL management: Monitor warehousing and converting facilities as operated by 3PL. Ensure safe, secure, quality and efficient warehousing operations. Implement 3PL KPI and performance management. Review 3PL contracts.
5. Manage inland transportation: Ensure flawless movement of inland transportation including monitoring truck booking and issue resolution process.
6. Cost control and optimisation:
Develop and deliver operating budget plan. Ensure visibility between actual against budget.
Identify and execute cost saving initiatives.
Monitor logistic cost extra charges
7. Operational excellence:
Drive operational excellence in logistics and warehouse by developing and implementing best practices across sites.
Develop continuous improvement mindset in the team and 3PL.
Soft skills requirement:
- Experience in handling similar role. Prefer working in Pulp, Paper, Tissue or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry.
- Speak fluent english.
- Strong leadership skills
- Good analytical thinking
