5. Principal Accountabilities:
Recruitment
? Take the administrator role of Provitrac and Internal Job Market, the on line systems, and ensure the company defined recruiting process and guideline is understood and followed in China.
? Keep abreast of internal staff movement and recruiting plan & progress, update the recruit status timely and provide monthly status report and analyze report.
? Process of job posting for internal and external, candidate sourcing, develop & evaluate reliable recruitment channels and methodologies to meet the service level agreed with departments, maintaining database of talents of related industries, handling the telephone and face to face interviews, recommending to hiring managers, the offer negotiation process, pre-employment physical examination arrangement, new staff orientation program and probation review. Responsible for exit interview, provide monthly varies analyze report and turnover rate analyze.
? Drive recruiting best practice sharing and competency development with hiring managers, support hiring managers to update all job descriptions and complete competence profile for each position.
? Responsible for annual campus recruitment plan and implementation, facility on the new graduates development review, maintain the relationship with universities.
Learning and Development
? Take the administrator role of PPDR process, manage on the 3 milestones of the circle and report timely, provide PPDR training for employees, and provide support to managers on IDP/Performance/Career development dialogs.
? Work with HR manager and line managers to conduct TNA, identify employees training needs, develop or search related courses, draft out annual plan, implement the plan, follow up and evaluate the training efficiency.
? Support the complete of competency profile for each positon.
? Support the complete of career ladle for each function.
? Support on new training/development program, and take internal trainer role in new staff orientation, performance management, career development, etc.
Compensation and Benefits
? Responsible for data input for annual C&B survey and support in job match, peer cut analyze.
? Work out trend line reports and age salary guild line
? Work out the matrix and merit review master file
? Provide P6 input and analyze reports
Employee relationship
? Facility on monthly Town Hall Meeting, follow up the actions and provide time report for management meeting and cascade meeting.
? Facility on monthly cascade meeting, collect China CC update
? Support on Insight survey and action plan
? Support tough dialog and PIP process.
? Support company events like annual dinner party, family day, Christmas party, etc.
Others responsibilities assigned by HR manager.
4. Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:
? Degree level education
? At least 5 years personnel HR experiences.
? Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
? Good knowledge of MS office.
? Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
? Self-motivated, dynamic, self-starter and a team player.
? Able to work under pressure and prioritise heavy work schedule.
? Flexible and resourceful to deal with a variety of issues as they arise.
? Ability to build rapport and make effective relationships and networks of contacts.
? Strong interpersonal and administrative skills with the ability to influence management.
? A high degree of tact and diplomacy are essential when dealing with all levels of staff, management and outside organizations.
? Able to listen, understand, interpret and respond effectively to others concerns and problems using applicable counselling and negotiating tools.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
? Able to understand different cultures world-wide and act in a culturally sensitive way
