职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Prospect customers, make sales pitch, help in quotation draft, negotiate and close sales with customers inthermoforming packaging related business for PP cups, APET trays,
lids Industry. Preferable candidates will have experience in thermoforming plastics related company serving packaging for food and drinks, electronicsand medical industry.
？ Understand customer specification and needs, translate them into English for better understanding and communication between head office and customers.
Liaise with customers/market and give timely feedback to management.
？ Assist in formulating business and sales strategy in China and take responsibility for its implementation and control.
？ Achieve sales budget / yearly target
？ Build up pervasive relationship not only with the key decision makers but also through all levels of the organization.
？ Tightly manage receivables to improve profitability of business
？ Collect market intelligence in the region
？ Assist or lead related marketing campaign in the region along with China Regional Director
？ Assist or lead new business development initiatives in the region along with China Regional Director.
？ Lead to ensure a good customer satisfaction level with customers in China
REQUIREMENTS:
？ A good knowledge of thermoforming process vis a vis against injection molding in the food and drinks packaging industry would be a plus.
？ Must have good sales experience of at least >15 years in B2 B equipment sales business
？ Must have good command of written and oral english.
？ Must be willing to travel frequently in China and Europe.
？ Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and with good interpersonal skills.
？ Should have self-starter instinct with excellent integrity
