Role synopsis
This role will provide office management and support to Logistic Team in American Textile Co Shanghai Office
Tasks include:
Provide administrative and logistics support
Arranging internal and external meetings, daily Courier Processing, reception of visitors, organizing team events, and communicating with third parties when required;
Documentation handling and processing
Involve in Logistics and Financial data analysis and various report preparation
Coordinate and assist Administration projects in Business area
Essential Education
University or college graduate in relevant discipline;
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written;
 
Essential experience and job requirements
Team Worker with positive attitude and pro-active spirit;
Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications;
Good interpersonal skills; ability to build and develop internal and external networks;
Systematic and organized
Proactive in taking initiative to anticipate and solve problems 举报 分享
