职位描述：
Responsibilities:
 
? Lead implementation of Ford product development process / quality operating system and ensure the milestone deliverables to be completed on time with quality;
? Work with suppliers to design and develop PT Mounts System to meet all requirements including function specification / quality / cost / timing;
? Help suppliers to understand engineering specification and resolve issues;
? Responsible for robust design verifications, engineering signoff and production validations;
? Liaise with core engineering, design activities, program teams and manufacturing plants in receiving countries;
? Liaise with JV to support launch and ensure issues to be fixed on time with quality according to milestone deliverables;
? Participant in Ford global PT Mounts system engineering team discussion to represent AP (Asia Pacific), and implement design rules for AP;
? Resolve PT mounts system related issues and manage engineering changes during commodity launch.
 
Requirements：
 
? Worked in Automotive product development for at least 5 years, powertrain mounting system experiences either in OEMs or suppliers are highly preferred;
? Capable English communication and written skills;
? Ability plan complex interrelating issues;
? Able to interface with many teams from many different area's of the company, other nationalities/countries, time-zones;
? Experience in writing work plans, managing DVP's and suppliers etc;
? Good technical knowledge of PT Mounts component/ sub-system;
? Knowledge on commodity manufacturing process – Rubber Molding / Die casting / Stamping/ heat treatment;
? Knowledge on NVH evaluation process;
? Experience in GD&T, familiar with CAD and CAE tools, Quality tools such as Global 8D, DFMEA, knowledge in PFMEA and control plans.
