职位描述：

Responsibilities:
Implement the defined recruitment plan for internal positions
Follow the internal process to source and identify the suitable candidates;
Make sure all the job descriptions in the company standard format, manage the recruitment channel and publish the job ads on-time
Update the internal talent pool and provide mapping report to the management re critical position
Collect training needs and implement the internal training plan
Organize company team building activities and learning events
Keep updated for org information in HRIS system
Other tasks assigned by HR director

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource Management
At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment/training or HR generalist function, with previous experience in recruitment & training.
Oversea studying/working experience will be a plus; previous working experience in consulting/service industry will be a plus
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Efficient, Reliable and Result-oriented
