职位描述：

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

？ Produce Components & Finished Goods to meet the market Demands, via the Production Schedules

？ Support to implement and improve the system in production:

a. Tooling system

b. Production consumables

c. Waste management

d. Rework/scrap system

e. Others

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for production department worksite problem solving and production process optimization during daily work.
• Responsible for production department process descriptions, work instructions updating, and work sheets preparation and updating, ensure all relevant documents are valid and under control, support to do the training to the operators and line leaders regarding the new documentations.
• Periodically make machine cycle time study, for CNC machines take machining program optimization to reduce the cycle time, and for assembly line by using IE methodology to reduce the cycle time.
• Carry out machine stability study and ensure the machines are reaching the requirements.
• Carry out machine downtime analyze, increase machine utilization through process optimizations.
• Support to modify current fixtures or design the new fixtures to improve the process stability, implement quick changeover of fixtures in the worksite.
• Responsible for the cutting tool parameters optimization and new tool selection to reduce process cost.
• Participate in daily and monthly quality issues analyze during the manufacturing processes, provide technical solutions to the problems.
• Responsible for people management of production department, train the operators and line leaders to obtain the working skills to achieve production plan.
• Responsible for people management for production and maintenance and coordination with quality, process, logistics, etc.
• Implement monthly performance evaluation for his subordinate.
• Implement the CIP in the workshop.
• Manage and improve 5S in production area.
• Responsible for safety concerns and implementation of actions to reduce safety accidents in WEN.
• Coordinate with other department referring to the works.
• Finish other tasks assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Have the background of mechanical engineering major
• More than 5 year working experience in manufacturing factory
• Be familiar with MS office
• Working language is Chinese/English.
• CET 4

• Take line 2 subway to Xuezelu, take a taxi to Willi Elbe company need to pay roughly 25 RMB.
• You can take bus of 206 which from East of North Square of Nanjing Station to Shiyuecun.
