岗位职责：
APP technical resolution
1, Work closely with engineering team to keep good track of their technical developments and to ensure satisfactory APP quality.
    协同研发部掌控开发内容，确保APP产品质量稳定可靠
2, Summarize the issues reported internally and from customer outwards, lead project team to define the issue recovery plan
    梳理汇总内测问题及客户回报问题，引领项目团队制定问题修复计划
3, Support marketing to well understand the technical cases, provide action plan and training by defining priority to guide internal development progress
    支援市场组使其明了事项技术概要, 在制定好内部开发进程后，输出行动计划及培训至市场部
4, Deeply investigate and classify the root cause of all issues reported, review the test case coverage to propose the test enhancemant plan to ensure the maturity validation
    深入分析各类问题本质原因，审查测试用例完整性并提出测试优化方案以持续改善APP成熟度
5, Setup English knowhow database for issues, solution, and continuously enhance it as benchmark
    建立英语化的知识库用于记录问题，解决方案，持续强化产品基准
APP user experience optimization
6, Optimize the flow from account register to Robot control easy to understand. Leverage the advantage of competitors' app to analyze with UE team to implement.
    优化用户流程式体验使之顺畅简易上手。梳理同业APP优点所在，基于优点分析与UE组制定ECOVACS APP优化方案
7, Make the UI pages friendly and easy to read with proper multiple language translation on different Robots
    基于国际多语言在不同机器人上应用的需求，UI界面要兼容各语言特殊性使界面友好易懂
8, Analyze market requirements and specify specifications of feasibility for new features
    从用户体验角度来分析市场需求并定义新功能，对新功能制定可行性规格书来实现功能服务于体验
9, Continuously enhance the bond between consumers and ECOVACS products by delivering useful information of help guide, error message via APP, which help consumers to better utilize the Robots
    通过设计帮助提示及错误提示等用户教育信息，使用户能在线快速清晰了解产品，持续改善科沃斯产品和用户之间的信息交互体验

岗位要求：
 - 2~5 years’ experience as project/product manager or designer on APP (Successful APP launch experience with massive consumers is preferred)
 - Good technology background, ideally previous designer experience
 - Strong sense of UI and UE
 - Strong pro-activity and sense of initiative
 - Performance oriented
