Overview
KPMG is one of the leading audit practices in China and Hong Kong SAR. Forming part of KPMG's audit practice, the Financial Services group, both locally and internationally has been growing rapidly in recent years, especially across China. The Financial Services line of business incorporates Banking & Finance, Insurance, Securities and Investment Management. This is a challenging and highly competitive market place offering considerable opportunity as clients expand their business not only in China but globally.
Responsibilities
*Work closely with the training managers to understand their needs and requirements;
*To be responsible to arrange all the logistics for the training programme with minimum supervision from training managers (such as communicating with the head office team for the course instructions, collect the course enrolment, arrange the course materials, monitor the course attendance, collect the course feedback, and arrange air-tickets and hotel for the trainers.);
*Answer enquiries and confident to communicate with internal clients at all levels;
*To prepare various course related reports;
*To provide inputs to the programmes arrangements;
*To provide others training supports upon request.
Experience
*Diploma degree.
*Previous experience in training administration or secretary role would be a plus for the application.
*Good computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft software, e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word and PPT.
*Good planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
*Good people skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally.
*Good command of English (Oral and Written) is required.
*Able to work independently.
*Good team player with professional appearance and well organized.
*Friendly and open-minded.
*Attention to details.
*Proactive and able to work under pressure with conflicting deadlines.
