Position Purpose(Overview of the position)
Work with the Ford Marketing Digital and CRM teams and Agency to convert business needs into innovative marketing solutions. Key drivers for the role include decreasing the time from idea to delivery; improve cross-organization relationships, building consistency in digital marketing and CRM processes across the region. This is a Strategic role that positions strong candidate to the newly identified cross-functional across Regional Marketing Organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
Work directly with Digital Marketing Leadership and Vendor/Agencies to convert business needs into innovative marketing solutions.
Ability to translate high level business needs into project scope and IT deliverables.
Deliver digital analysis and insight that helps shape digital services, products and Brands
Support the CRM rollout and enhancements across all markets
Support the development and application of digital measurement techniques, tools and metrics across the digital media portfolio
Liaise with Ford IT and Delivery Vendors to identify and drive commonality and standardization of regional marketing digital tools and services - with as much alignment to Ford IT technology standards and strategic architectures as possible.
Manage stakeholder expectations and assist in specifying information requirements
Build strong working relationships with audience researchers, strategists, audience planners, marketers, business development, General Managers and all product teams

Candidate Specification
Education Qualification :Bachelor degree or above
No. of Years of Experience:5 yrs + experience.
Professional Exposure(Technical Skills)
Good understanding of Project and Program Management process.
Experience with SAP CRM an advantage.
Experience with a web content management system.
Preferred previous experiences
Process improvement orientation/experience.
Business analyst skills in creating project scope documentation
Functional Skills:Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Behavioral Skills:Excellent English oral, written communication and business relationship skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships quickly and to work collaboratively across a number of departments and teams
Strong negotiation, prioritisation and management skills
Understand and operate in a rapidly evolving digital marketing context
Ability to work across countries and work remotely using digital communication tools.
Ability to Interface with senior leadership
Ability to Influence agency/marketing supplier personnel
Special Knowledge/Skills Required
Excellent analytical, numerical, strategic and influencing skills
Current knowledge and ability to research new digital technologies to support the digital platform
