Key Roles & Responsibility:
· Marketing Launch Plan
- Assist in the development of the regional marketing launch plan and its execution at the AP&A markets.
- Facilitate and participate in the AP&A regional marketing launch meeting and activities.
- Assist in managing the regional launch budget with the support of the participating markets.
· Regional Creative Assets Development
- Coordinate development of regional launch creative assets and training material
- Coordinate distribution of launch support materials with the clusters/markets.
- Drives the APA effort on asset development, governance and dissemination with Global Marketing Launch Team (and Europe & North America)
- Drives the APA Agencies to deliver assets on Regional Product as per Scope of Work and helps local markets to adapt the assets - with thorough understanding of PDL (Product Description Letters) for each of these products / for each market.
·Ongoing Agency Management Process
- Assist in managing ongoing agency management process such as SOW development, Key Metric Agency Performance, and regular Agency Performance Review
- Assist in coordination of ongoing Ford - Agency communication and progress report meeting
·Regional Marketing Communication Governance
- Assist in facilitating the regional marketing communication governance with reports, analysis, and logistic support such as "Day One"/"Product Immersion", and Launch Review milestone, Communication Strategy Board (CSB), Take To Market (TTM) meetings.
- Assist in coordination of quarterly sales and marketing plan review with each of individual market
