职位描述

1. Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position (List no more than 6 key roles and responsibilities for position)
? Support APA IT Strategy on the Annual Business Plan cascade, preparation, finalization and reporting
? Support Annual Consumption Management Business & Cycle Plan along with ITRM office
? Coordinate APA support for global process improvement/standardization initiatives on Business Planning &
Consumption management processes in alignment with BEP, CPM2 etc.
? Manage and coordinate the APA IT GPC Cycle Plan process, including tools, training, and the introduction of
process improvements. Coordinate Cycle Plan portfolio reviews within the function (in-region & Global) and markets.
? Manage the GPC budget, monthly forecast process, including the tracking of risks and opportunities.
? Manage & track the GPC project approval process. Track funding approval vs. the cycle plan.

? Align the APA IT GPC planning/portfolio management processes and tools with global standards.
? Adopt global processes and tools as appropriate (CPM2, Consumption Management etc)
? Support APA Better Plan - Relevant IT Strategy and Planning activities
