职位描述
1. To work in a day-to-day basis together with Production to define, support and follow-up the indirect hand labor work in quality tasks, regardless its functional dependence.
2. To analyze quality data (ex. scrap, re-work, product and process capacities, etc.) and create the necessary synergies to work in the results continuous improvement.
3. To communicate in the Plant Quality Meetings the problems that came up from the productive processes and propose action plans to fix them.
4. To verify the effectiveness of the actions defined to solve the quality problems.
5. To analyze the necessities of the measurement according to the productive process needs.
6. To look for the effective use of the quality system program modules
7. To take part in the preparation of the clients.
8. To suggest improvement activities as part of the annual Plant Quality Plan based on historical process issues, trends in quality data analysis, potential problems or future needs.
9. To implement the annual improvement plan activities under his responsibility.
10. To take part in the project teams, giving its opinion about the quality of the process to the Launch Leader, through the established channels.
11. To give support to other Quality Department services needs, in order to work in a coordinated way.
12. To work with related team in order to improve and maintain PFMEA, Control Plan and another living documentation.
13. Involving all activities such as ACE, HSEQ raised by company
14. To keep and administer the metrology and calibration systems.
15. To prepare internal process audit of Plant
16. To deal with customer for complaints. Get information about complaints; organize internal team to solve the problem on time.
17. Use the quality tools according escalation matrix to solve customer problems originated by Ficosa. Release final reports using customer forms or in absence internal Ficosa forms.
18. Track customer complaints from customer web pages or another sources and following through Internal indicators.
19. Follow warranties procedures in order get information about warranties, analysis them, release report and implement corrective and preventive actions.
20. Track non quality costs due customer complaints.
21. Organise and make sure containment actions in Ficosa, in transit, in customer or warehouse facilities are effectives.
22. Support Quality team in external and internal audits.
