Overall purpose of job:
This position is responsible for providing technical service for QSR(Quick Service Restaurant) application so as to support F&I business in China, identifying new business opportunities and adding value to current business relations.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify customer's needs and expectation from existing and prospective customers via working closely with sales, and work out solutions with commercial/production/QM team to meet customers' needs
2. Provide on-site field services to QSR customers in their kitchens, which include providing training, product application and frying oil product & fryer management knowledge and troubleshooting to our current and prospective customers
3. Train the Bunge sales focusing on the features, benefits and advantages of our QSR especially frying oil product lines
4. Assist sales in resolving product complaints at key customers
5. Satisfy all QSR customer requests (documents, audit, specifications, technical information, product indications, questionnaire, projects)
6. Support sales both verbally and with direct involvement at key current or prospective customers by conducted comparative tests (physical, chemical and frying test etc.) of our products vs. competitive products
7. Continually develop current knowledge in QSR markets, oils and fats processing, food safety, nutrition, quality analysis and application
8. QC in lab: responsible for raw material oil, package and finished packaging oil products & lecithin quality test, and quality monitor testing for packaging products in warehouse
9. Finish other works arranged by manager
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Food Science/Technology or related subject.
2. Rich experience in frying application for QSR customers, such as McDonald and Yum!, especially experience on Fryer management or the QSR kitchen management
3. Effective communication(written and oral)
4. Fluent in English
5. Good business acumen and team work
