职位描述：
Tasks & Duties:

1. Define parameters and critical variables of process

2. Process and working instruction standardization

3. Trials for quality improvement

4. New material and process development

5. Process audits

6. Develop trials and validations of tooling and equipment of production until become productive equipment

7. Review and follow Engineering Changes

8. Reduction of RPN′s of assigned product

9. Make the process more robust

10. Customer attention

11. Keep updated the next documents: FMEA, control plan and quality system documents related with the next areas: core making, pouring, melting, finishing and visual inspection

12. Coordinate meetings with operation departments in order to define action plans focused to improve the internal and external quality of assigned products



Qualification:

1. Bachelor in relevant major, Master’s degree of advantage

2. Good in oral and written English

3. High analysis level, work according to norms and procedures.

4. Potential to develop projects including following and implementation .

5. Analysis and solution of problems.
