Skills and Experience

- University Degree (Software Engineering or Computer Science)
- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience with Java EE platforms (development or support) is required
- IBM Websphere Application Server familiarity is highly recommended (IBM BPM environment familiarity is an asset)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in in English required
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA)
