1) 协助销售做好售前、售后服务工作，各类文件的处理及服务的开通；

2) 解答客户的业务咨询及疑问，并帮助客户解决；

3) 做好跨部门/团队的协调沟通，完成工作；

任职要求：

1）大专学历；

2）有文职或助理岗位工作经验者优先；

3）身体健康，口齿清晰，普通话标准；

4）稳重、细心，学习能力强，有良好的抗压能力及沟通技巧；

5）能熟练使用电脑及各种办公设备、及EXCEL/WORD等办公软件。
