Basic Purpose and Function:
Provides Accounting administrative support by processing account payables invoice and check AP payment proposal and submit for final approval.
Qualifications
? Diploma and at least 1 years experience in Accounts payable
? Familiar with clerical and office procedure
? Strong attention to detail skills
? Self-motivated;
? Familiar with Microsoft office, especial with Excel and word
? Willing to Learn and work overtime is needed
? Must be pay attention of daily work
? Be Healthy and optimistic.
Major Responsibility
Prepares invoices for processing by matching invoices with purchase orders;
Check purchase invoice and inputting data into accounts payable system.
Check AP payment proposal and submit for final approval
Do monthly Purchasing and AP report.
