职位描述：
OVERALL OBJECTIVES
- Implement electrical design of non-standard options for KONE Escalator and Autowalk according to customer requirements within planned schedule
TASKS
- Implement non-standard options with high quality for new escalator & escalator modification business within scheduled time
- Drawing creation for non-standard escalator electrification system, including wiring diagram, connection drawing, harness drawing, layout and etc.
- BOM creation for non-standard escalator electrification system
- New electrical solution creation and verification according to customer requirements
- Provide support to electrical factory and escalator factory for production issues
- Analysis for design problem and provide long term solutions
- Provide support to customer service for new requirement clarifications
- Support R&D to improve standard electrification design with CR process


WORK CONTENTS
- Working with Customer Service team to understand customer requirement
- Realize the creative and feasible solution for escalator products.
- Working with mechanical engineers for ME/EL interface design
- Working with sourcing/SQM team to define new electrical components
- Working with PCC to guide the new option production and testing
- Working with R&D team for standard production design improvement
- Provide support to any other related departments for electrical issue


QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or above, with Electrical Engineering/ Automatic Control major or related
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience for electrical control system design, experience in elevator & escalator industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of EMC design, software application, inverter application, data commutation, safety design and electrical standards is required ； Known ASMEA17.1 . APTA and CAN/CSA-S16.1 standard
- Fluent user of AutoCAD and Eplan, and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Good English of oral and writing.
- Good communication skills are required
- Knowledge of mechanical will be a plus.
- Good willingness of working with different departments or on jobsite if requested.
