职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责收集公司分散在各个部门和个人手中的文件、资料集中起来，经过整理、立卷、当档保存；
2、做好公司立卷档案的鉴定和保存期限；
3、负责对档案的收进、移交、保管、利用、销毁等情况随时以表册、数字形式，进行登记和统计；
4、负责保管档案系统完整和安全；
5、负责编集档案文件资料汇集、编制目录、卡片、索引等；
6、负责建立档案借阅管理制度；
7、遵守国家和公司的保密规定及有关规程；
8、做好公司领导临时交办的事项。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，具有档案管理基础知识和工作经验,残疾人优先；
2、熟悉使用办公软件，工作细心，品行端正，原则性强，具有良好的沟通协调能力和高度的工作责任心；
3、诚实自律，踏实严谨，保密性强；
4、性格稳重，乐观、积极主动，工作细致、认真，敬业、有耐心，具有团队合作的精神。
