职位描述：
MISSIONS
- In Charge of All Asia, all trades, import, export
- Coordination with European procurement team
- Development and strengthening of relationship with the shipping lines
- Development and support of new tradelanes with accurate buying rates and contracts
- Management of the procurement team in asia
- Establish the procurement strategy for the group, Long term/spot deals
- Carrier contracting and selection including trade lane procurement based on metrics
- Buying rates and space management to support operational/Customer service teams
- Providing guideline and support to regional procurement function
- Providing sales and strategy support to overseas agencies and sales network

Job Requirements
- At least 8 years’ experience in global logistics company, including at minimum of 3 years in a shipping line
- Hands on person, Hardworking, Autonomy, Sense of responsibility, Teamplayer, Easy to evolve within a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent network with carriers at local and top managerial level
- Expertise in specific trade lanes: Europe, Transpacific, Intra Asia, Australia, East Med
- Experience in similar position at freight forwarding side, and Carrier background is a plus
- Excellent understandings of ocean freight market drivers
- Strong operation understanding and capability to manage changes and unexpected events
- Proven experience in methodology and guideline writing
- Proficient user in MS Office especially in MS Excel
- Capacity in handling concurrent multiple projects
