职位描述：
Purpose:
1. Realize of manufacturing local molds, PV build and mass production
2. Tool management in plant
3. tool/molding cost improvement

Responsibility:
1, Tooling project management,
Mainly about alignment of technical (manufacturing & qualification) and tool timing internal and external
2, Analysis and solving tooling technological problems in production, development and implementation of measures to eliminate variations in the quality system
3, Checking up molds for serial production
4, Management documentation from the vendor to the new injection molds and tuning into production
5, Collaboration with specialists in maintenance (spares and maintenance plan) and quality (tool control plan)
6, Adherence to and preparation of timing plans
7, Provide training for Team Leaders and other engineers on core skills when requested by the Engineering Manager
8, Perform a changeover on a machine if requested by a senior manager. This would only happen if deemed absolutely necessary by the Management Team.
9, Effective and timely response to production concerns, (including assisting maintenance breakdown if required).
10, Assist the Engineering Manager with the introduction of new products/processes when requested.
11, Evaluate existing processes and cycle times and aim to continuously improve.

Required:
1. Know how on mold design, hot runners and cooling system,
2. Injection molding technology, molding tool manufacturing Expertise on MOLDFLOW analysis and simulation.
3. University degree in polymer, mechanical engineering or related
4. More than 2 years’ experience as tool expert in a manufacturing environment,
5. 3 years mold design & manufacturing experience
6. Good engineering background,
7. Knowledge and experience of thermoplastic molds design, manufacturing etc.
8. Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
