职位描述：
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in automation or mechanical engineering
2.More than 3 years or above manufacturing working experience in automation company
3.Have 3 years experience in mechanical maintenance: hydraulic ,pneumatic system, motor, transmission,
4.Familiar with product automation
5.Knowledge about AUTOCAD,PLC,VFD,Servo controller etc
6.Good speak and writing English ability
7.Familiar with punch machines will be plus.

Responsibilities:
1.Collect and analysis break down maitenance information.
2.Increase the stability of the equipments and control the cost of the maintenance work.
3.Manage the spare part and purchase the spare part according to the technical requirement
4.Be responsible for new machines installation, commissioning and acceptance track
5.Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicians, improve their capability of trouble shooting
6.Create and issue maintenance work SOP.
7.Check the technician''''s work, make sure they all following the standard.
8.Establish and implement Equipment PM&TPM and contingency plan.
9.Work with engineering and production team design or modify equipment.
10.Work with EHS team to find and fix any euqipments safety issue. 举报 分享
