职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1、To collect, comb and analyse the trends, technology & insights of Packaging, help to nurture new-packaging innovation ideas for current and future portfolio;
2、Work with Global design ,R&D, engineering, Market develop packaging innovation strategy cross price tier;
3、Synergy product design, packaging structure, graphic icon, claim at early stage, support the consumer, shopper testing plan;
4、Lead rapid prototype house , outside supplier ,work with internal Packaging engineering, develop packaging prototypes and testing samples, Ensure aesthetic and functional performance;
5、Follow up the tech transfer and engineering requirement, Design CAD file development & management;
6、Support related product design, colour material matching and developmental testing work.
 
Key Requirements:
1、Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Packaging design, graphic design, Structure design, mechanical engineering major;
2、6 years or above work experience in industrial design, packaging design, product development, work on consumer & shopper insight driven innovation. Familiar with packaging forming, printing engineering and manufacture knowledge;
3、Solid CAD (2D and 3D design software);
4、Understand the material character;
5、Consumer, shopper focused. Cross functional knowledge and collaboration ,inspiring and motivating others;
6、Acting courageously & communicating with confidence;
7、Take initiative and drive innovation;
8、Knowing the external environment and think outside of box;
