职位描述：
Overall purpose of job：
Work as window between customers and Bunge in execution process of contract and order, linking Bunge B2B sales team with China Supply Chain function in daily operations, rolling demand forecast consolidation, weekly commercial report consolidation, and other assignments from commercial director.

Responsibilities：
1.Tracking the contract execution progress, facilitate the customer order processing, and checking the orders matchness with the demand forecast, and order confirmation/cancelation/adjustment
2.Build relationships as the contact window with customers’ order placing persons, understanding the customer order placing history/trends, developing customer insights to give feedback to Bunge B2B sales persons, and improving customer satisfaction
3.Have the customer focus mind set, listen to customer wishes and questions, bring in to Bunge for developing customer solution. Advocate customer-oriented culture and value-added business concepts and articulate the customer requirements with relevant functions.
4.Assist the development of B2B demand planning process, consolidate rolling demand forecast, and help improve demand forecast accuracy by working closely with B2B sales team.
5.Communicate with China Supply Chain function in daily operations to support sales team and customer development
6.Consolidate and analyze the weekly commercial reports and submit to Marketing function
7.Help B2B commercial director in data cleaning, and report generating for management purpose.
8.Finish other assignments from sales leaders.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree +, with 2 years + work experience
2.Fluent in English communication skills and Chinese communication skills
3.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
4.Customer oriented with strong initiatives, self-starter with a strong passion for growth
5.Strong learning agility and can-do spirit
6.Good team work and good stress tolerance
7.Knowledge about Oils & Fats, and food industry is a plus 举报 分享
