职位描述：
工作内容：
1、方案支持：了解客户需求，提供技术澄清和产品选型支持，协助优化和审核系统解决方案；
Solution support: understand customer needs, provide technical clarification selection and product support, assist to optimize and audit system solutions;
2、项目实施：根据项目需求，完成项目的图纸设计、编程调试、项目验收、项目培训、项目支持等工作；
the implementation of the project: according to the project requirements, to complete the project drawings design, programming, debugging, project acceptance, project training, project support, etc;
3、现场服务：客户设备或项目的调试、现场故障诊断解决等支持；
field service: the customer equipment or project debugging, fault diagnosis in the solution and other support;
4、客户培训：对客户进行产品应用培训；

5、研究整理自动化行业应用，为销售和技术团队提供综合整体的解决方案建议和指导方向。

岗位要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历，电气自动化等相关自
College degree or above, major in electrical automation or related automation;
2、具备PLC/HMI/变频器方面的技术支持或工程经验，能独立完成针对上述产品的系统设计、现场编程调试；
with PLC/HMI/frequency converter of technical support or project experience, can independently complete system design for the above products, programming and debugging;
3、熟悉主流PLC、变频器的编程调试和故障处理(AB、Siemens、施耐德等),熟悉主流上位监控软件的应用；
familiar with mainstream programming debugging and troubleshooting of PLC, frequency converter (AB, Siemens, schneider, etc.), be familiar with the mainstream of upper monitor software applications;
4、熟练使用AUTOCAD进行设计、制图；
familiar with AUTOCAD design, drawing;
5、有较强的沟通合作能力和学习能力，良好的客户服务意识和概念；
has the strong communication and cooperation ability and learning ability, good customer service consciousness and concept;
6、英语CET4级或以上。
