职位描述：
Tasks and Duties:
1. Set up and keep good relationship with customer.
2. Monitor the quaility requirement and satisfaction of customer and feedback to Nemak.
3. Comparisions with the competitors, tendencies of customer’s satisfaction.
4. Recheck and judge daily scrap parts with customer.
5. Registration, evaluation and analysation of product failures and trends daily.
6. Inventory summarizes weekly. (quarantined parts, scrap parts)
7. Arrange scrap parts, quarantined parts return regularly.
8. Organize rework activities.
9. Organize containment actions (sorting, checking, testing) at customer site and warehouse.
10. Information collection of customer’s complaints and return faulty samples for fault analysis
11. Follow up special batch,test parts, including collection and evaluation of results
12. Shipment control in case specific request.
13. Team management and provide technical support to customer.

Qualification:
1. Good communication with internal team and customer & capability to solve problem.
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. More than 2 years working experience as Quality field engineer, prefer automobile industry
4. Fluent in English.
