Key Responsibilities:


· Owner of Oakley import process

o Work with Inc/OJP for all the necessary material information preparation before any importing

o Handle all the import custom clearance documents

· Working with freight forwarders and custom to deal with any custom issue during importing

o Manage the any CIQ issue during the importing

o Import shipment tracking for both from bulk and samples

· Owner of the labeling process

o Work with AFA product team to decide the label content for apparel labeling

o Manage the 3PL for labeling printing and delivery

o Work closely with the 3PL for labeling sewing/labeling

· Owner of duty/VAT payment process

o Match each duty/VAT invoice with SO/DN for each shipment

o Collect the duty/VAT invoice and fill in the payment request and handle over to FIN

o Make the proper record to file in all the payment document

· Owner of import cost payment process

o Verify the monthly shipment record with import payment request from freight forwarder

o Verify each monthly cost details according to the actual.

· Owner of import process/cost improvement

o Timely review the import process and looking for the opportunity for efficacy improvement

o Timely review all import related cost and looking for the opportunity for cost reduction




Key Requirements:


· University degree

· Good Excel skills

· Problem solving skills and details focused

· At least 4 years experience exporting and importing business for textile ect.

· At least 3 years freight forwarder and custom management experience

· Strong communication skills and expertise presenting to small and large group

· Excellent in written English/Acceptable oral and listen English

· SAP experience is a plus

· BLP operation experience is a plus
