Position Title: IMS Developer (f/m) SBOP BI Shanghai



Purpose and Objective of Job



Installed Base Maintenance and Support (IMS) is a dynamic and growing global organization, recognized for its world-class services and support offerings. IMS supports SAP's customers worldwide as the product owner for all products in mass shipment.



SBOP BI is Business Intelligence software that focuses on analyzing and reporting; our team is responsible for Crystal Reports and Xcelsius.



We search for engaged persons joining our team to provide corrections for customer issues, take ownership for C++/.NET/Java code, proactively improve the product and also represent the support point of view to the development organization. Moreover the team needs to act as a trusted advisor for any kind of SBOP BI-related matters for customers as well as SAP-internally.






Expectations and Tasks of Job



Preferred candidates will be team oriented, motivated and reliable. Tasks include:

Support our customers by solving their support messages, creating support notes and documentation.
Continuous Innovation on our product via enhancement and feedback to development.
Provide corrections in C++/.NET/Java; take ownership of code
Ensure product quality and deliver continuous quality improvements
Handle critical customer situations, occasionally onsite services might be possible.
Train and support colleagues
Participate in the product feedback channel to Development
