职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for data and parameter of jigs and equipment devices, tools for operation and test .
2. Take charge of the test devices, tools and jigs. Maintain all test devices.
3. Technical support for purchasing department.
4. Continuously improve the manufacture method and technical process and
adopt to new advanced equipment.
5. Control costs and efficiency
6. Operating all test devices, tools and equipment and do test according to the test instruction.
7. Create and update work flow chart in SAP.
8. Train the workers.
9. Deal with non-conformity reports (NCR).
10. Provide help for production.
11.Daily tasks according our lean production system KPS (like 5 S audits, CI improvement actions like Poka Yoke etc)
12.Coordinator for engineering change order (ECO)
13. PFMEA
14. Fulfil other tasks required by manager.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree, Major in Electrical engineering;
-Minimum of 3 years of working experience related to Electrical test (Experience related to train system is preferred)
-English - oral and written – is a Must
-Lean Manufacture method knowledge
-Jig designing by CAD software
-Cost controlling ability
