National Designer

Responsibilities:
1. Design or create original graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as posters, displays, calendars or logos
2. Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles, branding, typography and esthetic design concepts (including those of EF global branding)
3. Prepare and delivermock-up or sketches of material to colleagues or supervisors; make necessary changes
4. Able to proof-read and amend work according to feedback
5. Able to self-manage and clearly communicate nationwide design and print schedule.
6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships and communication with staff nationally
7. Cooperate with other departments when necessary

Requirements:
1. Positive, creative and confident personality
2. Calm, fun and friendly person with a strong visual sense
3. Experienced with all Adobe design applications(especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) as well as other industry standard applications (ex: QuarkXPress, Flash) in both Windows and Mac environments
4. Has a range of experience and interest in different design styles, including advertising, web, print, video, illustration, etc```
5. Highly organized and self-motivated
6. Able to manage multiple projects, as well as communicate their status
7. Deadline and detail oriented
8. Proficient with MS Office applications (especially Outlook andPowerpoint)
9. Fluent in English/Chinese with strong writing and speaking skills

Ideal candidates will have a portfolio of their previous work available (either print or online)
