职位描述：
The Training department provides comprehensive programs for all professional staff with an aim of maintaining and building high quality service.

This is an exciting opportunity to improve their planning skill, program management skill, communication skill and training expertise skill. The role will provide support on not only pre-training preparation and post-training follow up issues, but also training on-site monitoring. This role also will have chance to rotate other training programs according to their performance behaviour.

Responsibilities

- To support on training programs / courses preparation and communication
- To communicate with different stakeholders, include trainers, target audience, senior level management and external vendors
- To track and update training database
- To join the yearly training overall planning

Experience

- At least 1-1.5 years working experience relevant with training assistant, administrator or other supporting function
- Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Good people skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally
- Good English written / oral skill and pass the CET 6
- Basic knowledge with M / S office skill
