Job Description

- You will be a technical architect designing, architecting and developing complex, scalable web applications to our customers around the world.
- Technical design, mentorship and implementation of software best practices and processes
- Architecting new applications and solutions from scratch and communicating them to the client
- Interfacing with clients to gather requirements

- Working with the development team to create clean ASP.Net, C# code and doing n- tier application development
- Presentation layer content development using CSS / HTML / AJAX through to backend SQL development

Desired Skills & Experience

- Competent working in all phases of software development, design patterns, and development methodologies.

- Expert knowledge in analyzing, designing and developing solutions to highly complex problems

- Expert knowledge of programming languages, application servers, software architecture and databases.

- Strong Object Modeling experience.

- Demonstrated experience designing and developing high traffic / enterprise level web applications with a focus on scalability

- Superior troubleshooting ability, strong analytical abilities, and drive for results.

- Ability to mentor development staffs while implementing best practices and improve development processes.

- Possess good communication skills in English and good technical documentation skills.

Technical Skillset

- Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent, Master is preferred.

- Expert level knowledge of .Net 3.5 and 4.0 Web application development

- Over 8 years continuous working experience in software development.

Experienced in .NET based development: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ and web development skills: DHTML using JQuery, JavaScript, CSS.

- Solid knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2008 Have an excellent understanding on various database concepts in SQL Server and Data Warehouse concepts.

- Good knowledge of XML, and XML Parsers

- Familiarity with HTML5 based UI development will be a plus

- Knowledge on SQL Server Integrating Service (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) is a plus.

- Must have worked with Rich internet development using ASP.NET Ajax/ JQuery.

- Experience in configuring Content Delivery Networks (CDN) such as Akamai will be a plus

- Must be familiar with performance testing, and stress testing methods.

- Familiarity with performance tuning in all 3 tiers (browser, mi

ddle and DB) is expected.
