Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Report to: Sales Director
Main Responsibility:
- Manage field sales team to achieve sales revenue & qualified distribution targets
- Manage market investment in line with company’s goal
- Establish and maintain good relationship with distributor and gain sustainable win-win business result
- Find out new business opportunities, such as new POS entry negotiation, POS productivity build-up etc.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Develop long-term Joint Business Plan for key distributors and accounts, monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met
- Closely monitor weekly / monthly sales through, and take immediate action to improve, with the support and guidance from HQ functional departments
- Analyze competitor’s status to gradually build up POS image as well as market share
- Smoothly coordinate with HQ marketing, retailing, financial and operation team
- Other ad hoc works
Needed Competencies:
- 5-8 years working experience in sports and outdoor branded company, familiar with department store channel in Southwest region
- Strong negotiation experience is MUST, familiar with daily retailing business management is a plus,
- Good team management skills.
- Willing to travel, and ability to take pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Passion in outdoor sports is a plus.
Education:
- College degree or above with a concentration in Sales or Marketing is preferred
Needed Working Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales management experience in multi-national company, familiarity with Outdoor & Sports business will be a plus.
