Qualifications /任职资格：
1.本科以上学历, 人资专业或工商管理专业、市场营销专业本科；;
2. 良好的英文听说读写能力,优秀的学习能力、沟通能力和分析判断能力；
3. 主动性强，良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力，能够承受较大的工作压力；
4.思路清晰、活跃，出色的表达能力和说服力，电话沟通能力强；
5.学习能力强，有独立解决问题的能力；
6.具优秀的团队合作精神；英文和计算机操作熟练；
7.性格开朗，有意向在猎头行业长期发展。

Responsibility/岗位职责：
1了解客户人才需求,配合团队设立搜寻计划以及咨询方案；
2. 与人才进行有效沟通，针对客户职位要求对人才进行沟通、评估、筛选与推荐；
3. 分析职位需求，及时解决候选人和客户之间遇到的问题，并提供解决方案；
4. 关注行业及知名企业发展动向，收集高级人才信息，建立广泛的人脉关系。
