Marketing Designer/市场营销设计师

Division: EF Language (海外留学部门)

Location: Shanghai, China

Now the Language Department is looking for a bright and creative designer to join our marketing team in Language Department with the opportunity to join the company full time in the future.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop EF’s routine marketing materials from the templates designed by Central marketing team based in Europe (brochures, sales letter, posters, standees, etc.);

- Design and develop seasonal promotion materials (flyers, coupons, gadgets, PPTs, etc.);

- Working closely with the printer, control the quality of all printing materials

- Meet different Product and local offices’ design needs ;

- Coordinate other marketing activities where appropriate;

Requirements:

- Working Experience – at least 1 year working experience as designer in foreign company;

- Technical Skill – at least 4 years experience in using AI, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other related design software;

- Artistic Sensibility –strong knowledge about design elements, such as color and composition. Be able to come up with different ideas and designs essential;

- Communication Ability

–able to effectively present ideas (in Chinese and English) —both verbally and visually and work closely with different team to achieve the end design they want. Be able to come up with the creative wording contents for the design.

- Teamwork spirit - Communicate with other members in marketing team and sales managers

- Organization –need to be organized in order to meet deadlines and stay within a budget.

- Creative, smart, dedicated, detail-oriented, patient;

Knowledge and educational level

- College degree or above,

- Good command of Chinese and English
