Study Abroad Course Consultant 职场人士海外课程顾问

Location: Shanghai, China

The Role:

This is a frontline sales position, introducing EF courses mainly to students who are 25+ years old. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented professional to work with student recruitment for one of our study abroad programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of sales, marketing and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute the sales plan and achieve target sales goals.

2. Use CRM systems to follow up on sales to generate office visit, attendance at information meetings and one-on-one appointments.

3. Implement various sales skills, i.e fact-to-face counseling, telesales, Information meetings… etc. to close deals effectively.

4. Build solid business relationships with EF Adult schools to recommend EF oversea courses to existing EF customers to fulfill their diverse English education needs.

5. Participate in some local marketing and take some marketing initiatives to generate enquires for sales purpose.

6. Participate in Fairs, Information Meetings at Uni. campus or partners’ schools, etc.

7. Manage the customer service and administrative part of the process (pre-departure information, visa service… etc.).

Job Requirement:

1. Recognized university degree with some overseas experience

2. 3-5 years’ work experience, preferably in a service environment

3. Ability to perform with multi projects under pressure. Working independently and comfortable with challenges.

4. Business and sales driven. Goal and results oriented.

5. Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit.

6. Open-minded, flexible, multicultural taste and wanting to grow a career in a unique multicultural company like EF.

7. Proven ability to develop new customers.

8. Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges with flexibilities and creativity. .

9. Detail-oriented and self-disciplined, good time management skills

10. Fluent in English; Excellent communication and presentation skills.

11. Good computer skill.

Travel Required:

Domestic travels are required when necessary
