Key Account Director 加盟校渠道销售总监

Division: EF Language Travel, China 海外游学留学部门

Location: Shanghai, China

Synopsis:
As a key account director, you will lead a sales team serving EF Franchise schools for referring EF franchise school students to join Language Travel program across China. This position is based in Shanghai.

The role:

It is a general management role, focusing on sales management. Language Travel is overseas winter and summer camp in UK, US, Australia and other English speaking countries to help 8-18 years old students to improve their English skills and increase their International exposures. Your role is to lead a sales team to achieve the sales performance which is beyond expectations via sending EF Franchise school students to go abroad to join LT program.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales plan and achieve target sales goals and beyond

2. Generate leads through creative and cost effective ways

3. Utilize CRM systems to optimize the sales team performance

4. Build up healthy and long term partnership with EF franchise school investors, center managers and EF franchise central team

5. Staff development, recruitment, performance & salary reviews

6. Communication with management, staff and other necessary colleagues

7. Manage the customer service and administrative process (pre-departure information, visa service, etc)

Requirements:

1. Minimum 7 years sales experience in the consumer sector

2. At least 2 years experience in a management position gained while working in a consumer based industry

3. Strong leadership capabilities, able to manage a sales team.

4. Proven ability to develop new customers

5. Logical, organisational and analytical capabilities

6. Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure

7. Open minded, flexible, multicultural taste and wanting to grow a career in a unique multicultural company like EF

8. Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges and provide solutions with minimal supervision

9. Be comfortable with proposing ideas, and able to follow up the ideas with plans and actions

10. Diplomacy to interact with different parts of the organization and customers

11. International study or working background is highly appreciated

12. Excellent communication and presentation skills

13. Good computer skill
