Franchise Sales Consultant 加盟校渠道课程销售

Division: EF Language Travel, China 海外游学留学部门

Location: Shanghai, China

The Role:

We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented professional to work with student recruitment for our EF Language Travel Program. This is a frontline sales position for EF Language Travel Franchise Sales Team, focusing on B to B sales with EF Franchise Schools in China.

Key job responsibilities will include:

1. Meeting weekly/monthly enrolment goals en route to achieving annual targets

2. Building solid business relationships with EF Franchise school staffs to increase EF LT course sales growth

3. Coordinating and executing assigned sales and marketing activities

4. Analyzing market potential and tracking competition

5. Participating in some local marketing activities and taking some marketing initiatives to generate enquires for sales purpose

Job Requirement:

1. Recognized university degree, with some overseas study

2. 3-5 years’ work experience, preferably in consumer sector with B to B sales experience

3. Minimum 2 years sales and marketing experience and proven ability to develop new costumers

4. Open-minded, flexible, multicultural taste and wanting to grow a career in a unique multicultural company like EF.

5. Creative, lively and dynamic, with flexible, detail-oriented work style

6. Willingness to take initiative, while working in a team environment

7. Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

9. Fluency in both written and spoken English

10. Domestic and International travel for meetings and trainings
