职位描述：
1. To handle all documents, including checking, cross-dock shipment arrangements, and filling.
2. To handle operations of all designated accounts.
3. To handle vendors’ local and overseas enquiries and complaints.
4. To co-ordinate off-shore and follow up shipments.
5. To prepare customer reports, monthly/daily reports
6. To attend regular meetings with customers.
7. To strictly follow working procedures.
8. To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs.

Minimum Education &Experience: College or University graduate. Fluent in written and Spoken English.Good Communication and customer service skills. PC knowledge is preferred. 举报 分享
