职位描述：
1.负责人员招聘工作，包括应届毕业生、销售培训生以及管理培训生项目的招聘工作；
2.负责对新入职员工和离职员工的面谈；
3.负责做好员工关系和活动组织工作；
4.协助本部门其他员工做好培训等人事及行政相关工作；
5.上级领导安排的其他工作。

职位要求：
1.大学本科学历，管理类相关专业；
2.五年以上人事及行政工作经验，至少两年人事主管或同等职位工作经验；
3.熟悉人力资源各大模块，具有三年以上招聘工作经验；
4.有良好的语言表达能力与协调能力，人际关系良好；
5.熟悉国家有关人事政策、劳动法规、薪资福利等相关政策。

Vitasoy establish its first Mainland China manufacturing plant in 1994.
