中国在线客户服务高级专员 China (Telesales) Online Customer Relationship Senior Associate

Role

The China Customer Relationship Senior Associate will coordinate with China telesales, marketing and tech team to improve our students’ satisfaction and provide them with our best service.

This position will be based in Shanghai Central office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communication with students in China on daily basis, focus on our online course product, help students solve any problems with their course and answer inquiries.

2. Help Tech team to improve our online product

3. Deal with students’ complaints and suggestion, help to decrease refund rate

4. Build good relationship with students or members to help win more sales and increase retention

Necessary Skills

1. Highly patient, responsible and devoted to work

2. Excellent interpersonal communication and phone skills

3. With High team Spirits and working well in a team environment

4. Strong internet knowledge preferred and Familiar with Microsoft Office

5. Well-organized and be able to work under pressure

5. Good at English (spoken and written)

Necessary Experience

1. University Graduate

2. Over 1 year working experience and Customer Service Related experience preferred. Recent graduates are also welcome
