Report to: Telemarketing Manager

The Role

Conduct customer satisfaction survey to EF existing client to collect feedbacks in terms of service quality and study experience, and pass feedback to the relative center or department to ensure and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct customer satisfaction survey to EF existing clients to collect their feedback to the service quality and study experience

Proactively organize and transfer customers’ open feedbacks to relative department or superior

Support in customer satisfaction report generation and analysis

Requirement

Fluent mandarin

Associate degree or above. 1 year work experience or above; freshman is also been welcomed

Basic computer skill, good knowledge in office system

Basic English reading skill

Willing to communication, open minded

Can be worked under pressure

Good team worker; quick learner

工作角色

通过客户满意度调查与EF英孚教育现有客户沟通联系，收集客户对服务质量和学习体验的反馈，整理分析客户满意度报告，并及时转达相关部门以保障和提高客户体验。

工作职责

与EF英孚教育现有客户沟通联系，对服务质量和学习体验进行客户满意度调查。

积极主动并及时地将客户的反馈转达相关部门或直属主管

支持客户满意度报告的完成及分析

任职要求

普通话流利

大专以上学历

1年或以上工作经验，应届生亦可

基本电脑技能，能熟练应用Office软件

基本英文阅读能力

乐于与人沟通，思维开放

能在压力下工作

团队合作精神，学习能力强
