资深800客户客服 Senior 800 Operator

主要职责：

1. 对EF产品感兴趣的客户提供业务咨询服务

2. 负责客户关系管理系统的更新和维护工作

3. 协助上级完成部门内部的其他工作

岗位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，2年以上客服工作经验；有呼叫中心工作经验
2. 普通话标准、声音甜美，具有较强的语言表达能力
3. 良好的英语沟通能力
4. 具有良好的团队协作能力和客户服务意识，有一定的判断、决策能力
5. 熟练掌握包括Word、Excel等办公软件的操作技能
6. 能服从工作时间的安排和调配
7. 具有较强的责任心

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provides business consulting services to customers who are interested in EF products and book appointments for consultation.

2. Responsible for updating and maintaining work of CRM system.

3. Assist manager to complete related work of the team.

Requirement:

1. Diploma or above, customer service or telemarketing experience is preferred

2. Fluent in Mandarin, with a pleasant voice, strong communication skills

3. Good at spoken English

4. Good team spirit and customer service awareness, certain judgment and decision-making ability

5. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word / Excel)

6. Observe relevant working time arrangements

7. Has a strong sense of responsibility
