We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and detail oriented team player to join our iWOM team in Shanghais as iWOM Specialist. Ideal candidate should be an advanced user in various online community platforms in China, such as SNS (social networking sites), BBS (bulletin board system), blog, microblog, IM (instant messenger) and video hosting sites. In addition, you should definitely apply if you have experience in forum seeding and/or have over 500 friends on any SNS in the world.

Area of Responsibilities:

· Monitoring of iWOM for EF China according to predefined standards;

· Manage iWOM KPIs and carry out response procedures on a day to day basis;

· Execute iWOM strategies and tactics via close coordination with both internal and external parties;

· Recommend solutions to negative cases in a timely manner;

· Maintain iWOM index and internal reports as needed.

Requirements:

· University graduate (working experience from SNS/BBS sites or online marketing/social media agencies is a plus);

· In-depth understand of the China Internet landscape;

· Advanced user in SNSes, BBSes, IMs and Microblogs in China;

· Good copy writing skills in Chinese;

· Good communication skills, fluency in English a definite advantage;

· Good with numbers and strong data analytic skills an added advantage.
