Progress Manager
Job Role/Profile/Key Requirements
The Student Progress Manager is responsible for contributing to referrals,
renewals and other service income as a result of the educational success and
satisfaction of the students.
Profile
1. You love education and culture industry
2. You like working in a multicultural environment
3. You possess excellent English and good presentation skills
4. You project a very professional image
5. You like giving guidance, feedback and helping students with their study plans
6. You are friendly and can build good relationships with students as their advisor
7. You love sales and you are good with people
8. You are trustworthy, presentable and persistent
9. You can work flexible hours
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Excellent English communication skills, TEM8 is a plus
3. Strong customer service experience is a must;
education industry background is a plus.
4. Sales experience is preferred.
