职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:

 To fully support the District Operations Manager in all aspects of the business development.

 Liaise with the Launch Manager in the construction of sites, training and handoff of the site.

 To support and help the Franchisee launch their business.

 Conduct Business Meetings and set objectives as follows:
 开展业务会议并确立项目目标：
? Help and guide Franchisee with equipment installation and general property layout, decoration, and fitting.
? 帮助指导经销商安装设备，店面布局，店面装饰及设备调试
? To assist Franchisee with People sourcing, training and accreditation – assign the QL Regional Trainer
? 支持经销商的人力资源寻访，培训和认证-指派快修项目区域培训师
? To oversee the installation and training of the Business Management System and Accounts Package
? 监督商业运营系统等的安装和培训
? Organize and help set market objectives with KPI’s and support through to completion.
? 组织和帮助经销商通过KPI确立市场目标直至达成目标
? Ensure the proper strategic use of all generic marketing tools with the Franchisee
? 通过合理的策略让经销商使用全部常用的营销工具
? Ensuring parts supply channels are being properly used by Franchisee as a purchasing priorities
? 确保零件供应渠道以优先顺序合理的采购使用
? Establish and install obligatory audit procedures with Franchisee
? 建立合理的经销商审计标准

 Education
? Education to a degree level or above
? 本科或以上
? At least 5 year Industry qualifications
? 至少有5年以上的行业认证或相关工作经验
 Experience
? Multi- site retail management
? 多渠道的零售管理经验
? In-Depth knowledge of Fast Fit or Similar business
? 具有丰富深层次的快修或者相关领域的知识
? Knowledge of P&L and performance management
