-致电对英孚产品有兴趣的潜在客户，安排课程顾问进行课程咨询

-了解并收集客户的相关信息及对英孚各种营销活动的反馈,帮助课程顾问更好的和客户沟通
-及时处理和更新客户数据库信息，正确使用客户管理系统

-良好的沟通能力，有呼叫中心工作经验者优先
-普通话标准清晰，声音甜美，讲话有条理
-开朗，有亲和力，工作耐心

Job Description:
- To call on the potential customers who are interested in EF courses and book appointments for consultation.
- To collect customer information and feedback on the EF marketing activities and provide your findings to course consultants.
- To process and update the customer information database and customer relations systems in a timely manner

Job requirements:
- Good communication skills. Tele-marketing experience is preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin(Putonghua), with a clear,and pleasant voice.
- Out-going and optimistic personality. Highly patient and able to maintain professionalism at all times.
- A college education with basic English communication skills
- Good teamwork ability
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
