Role Description:
As a member of the International Language Schools team, Studying Abroad Consultants provide counseling services to customers on EF oversea Language / University and Pre-Master preparation courses. EF help worldwide
As a member of the International Language Schools team, Studying Abroad Consultants provide counseling services to customers on EF oversea Language / University and Pre-Master preparation courses. EF help worldwide
students to study in over 40 EF International Language Schools, to improve their language levels, expand their
horizons at different stage of life and also help students to apply their desirable oversea universities with
better language skills. In China, we help Chinese students to study in US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,
Singapore and other countries to learn English mainly.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales-To execute the sales plan and achieve target sales goals; to use Poseidon CRM systems effectively to follow up onenquires for sales goal achievement
Marketing-To participate in marketing activities for leads generation and leads conversion. Also need to analyze market

competitor information and need to participate in Fairs, Information Meetings, etc for leads generation
Customer service-manage the customer service and administrative part of the process (pre-departure information,visa service, etc). This position requires a lot of direct customer contact, negotiation skill and complaint management skills.
Candidate background
At least 2 years working experiences in the related industry field and knowing foreign countries'

(UK/USA/CAN/AUS, etc) education systems well.
He or she needs to have solid Sales experience.
B to C sales experience is a must requirement.
B to B sales experience or studying or living oversea in the past is a good plus as candidate's background.
